This position is working directly with our customers in a customer support environment. You will be responsible for;
As a new employee, you will be provided extensive training to support your knowledge within the receivables team. This training takes place on site at the Queensbury McKesson office in a classroom setting. Training will include:
2 weeks - Medical Billing 101
2 weeks - Systems Training
Additional job shadow with a senior member of your new team
1+ years of work experience; Healthcare and/or Insurance billing or processing and customer service preferred; 7,000 alpha numeric skills.
Call center experience strongly preferred
Additional Knowledge & Skills
One year of healthcare experience working within an office setting
Working knowledge of AR and billing process
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Creating spreadsheets, formatting, pivot tables)
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
