Follow up of priority accounts, including all payers, as well as complete resolution of denials. This position will be responsible for communicating with carriers, patients, other facilities, and management of all levels as needed to get maximum payment/resolution on accounts and identify and resolve issues or changes to achieve client profitability.
This position is responsible for answering patient calls and researching and resolving issues in order to receive maximum profitability for clients. Reviews claims to make sure that payer specific billing requirements are met, follows-up on billing, determines and applies appropriate adjustments, answers inquiries, and updates accounts as necessary. Works onsite with the client and meets with them regularly.
5+ years work experience and leadership skills; Healthcare and/or Insurance billing or processing and customer service preferred; 7,000 alpha numeric skills.Critical Skills2+ years work experience, medical billing and research experience required and demonstrated leadership skills and/or abilities.
Must be organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task efficiently and work well with others.Must be comfortable meeting with clients face to face. Education
