Key responsibilities - Reconciling of employee deductions and other liabilities - Perform any other duties that arise in the course of normal business operations - Review source documents with necessary verification - Payroll information management via collecting, calculating, and entering data - Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages - Handle payroll record updates by keeping changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers - Certify compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines - Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer social security, unemployment, and worker compensation payments - Take charge of all questions and requests related to payroll - Continue employee confidence in payroll operations by keeping sensitive information confidential - Preparing relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports for circulation to department heads - Supporting all internal and external audits related to payroll - Collect and analyze information including resolving payroll discrepancies - Continue implementation of established policies and procedures to maintain payroll operations, reporting changes where necessary If interested, please email your resume to Cheyenne.email@example.com to be considered.
