An established organization in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, Payroll Administrator to join their team. We are seeking candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience processing full-cycle payroll, and working knowledge of ADP. The ideal Payroll Administrator candidate has had at least two years of experience processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities include: - Accurately and timely preparing and processing semi-monthly payroll - Complying with federal and state payroll tax requirements - Reconciling monthly benefit provider invoices for payment; resolving discrepancies - Preparing all annual payroll reporting, including but not limited to: W-2s, W-3 and required ACA reporting - Entering and maintaining employee benefits in HR Module If you have the required skills and experience, please submit your resume directly to today to be immediately considered for this exciting opportunity.
