An established organization in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, Payroll Administrator to join their team. We are seeking candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience processing full-cycle payroll, and working knowledge of ADP. The ideal Payroll Administrator candidate has had at least two years of experience processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities include: - Accurately and timely preparing and processing semi-monthly payroll - Complying with federal and state payroll tax requirements - Reconciling monthly benefit provider invoices for payment; resolving discrepancies - Preparing all annual payroll reporting, including but not limited to: W-2s, W-3 and required ACA reporting - Entering and maintaining employee benefits in HR Module If you have the required skills and experience, please submit your resume directly to stephanie.dareshori@accountemps.com today to be immediately considered for this exciting opportunity.
