Accountemps is seeking a Payroll Clerk to join the dynamic, fast-growing team. In this role, you will support the Payroll department in a variety of clerical duties, and you will be responsible for data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. You should have the ability to communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers. This Payroll Clerk opportunity is based in the Atlanta, Georgia area and is a short term temporary-to-fulltime employment role. Major responsibilities - Data entry into Excel and the ADP payroll system - Supply the organization with instructions/training regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc. - Build and run custom reports out of ADP - Correspond with employees via email and phone to garner approvals on timesheets - Build a system of downloading and distributing reports - Carry out clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc - Submit and review union calculations via Excel as instructed If interested please send your resume to alex.adkins@accountemps.com or call 404-846-9010
