Accountemps is seeking a Payroll Clerk to join the dynamic, fast-growing team at one of our clients in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry! As the Payroll Clerk you will support the Payroll department in a variety of clerical duties, and you will be responsible for data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. You should have the ability to communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers. This Payroll Clerk opportunity is based in the Honolulu, Hawaii area and is a short term temporary employment role. Key responsibilities as a Payroll Clerk - Manage communications with employees on timesheet approvals - Build and run custom reports out of ADP - Enter and audit union calculations via Excel as instructed - Craft and deliver training to employees on the use of proper payroll practices, including timesheet entry and online methods of accessing pay statements - Compile a system of downloading and distributing reports - Conduct clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc. - Data entry into ADP and Excel
