You will work with a team of payroll professionals to do the following:
Review batches and enter or load payroll related transactions
Follows established procedure for PCPW payroll, ensuring accuracy with supporting documentation or approval
Adheres to current established payroll related SOX controls for the role's responsibilities
Participates in documented constructive feedback and review for team members
Communicates with team members to reduce and or eliminate duplicate effort
Collaborates with supervisor to determine and establish value add metrics to be used for workload evaluation and management reporting
Communicates with lead and supervisor weekly or as necessary on team and workload status
Actively participates in team and dept meetings
Responds to customer inquiries (by telephone and in writing) by researching and or processing payroll, timekeeping or union adjustments, revisions, off cycle pays and maintenance.
Independently analyzes and resolves unusual problems by determining alternate solutions or collaborates with team members to establish a new strategy
Provides training, follow up and process coaching to team members
- ADP PC Payroll for Windows.
- Knowledge of wage withholding orders and garnishments.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate work efforts of a team in a time sensitive environment.
- French speaking a plus
