Frito-Lay North America is seeking a high energy, experienced HR Zone Administrative Assistant in our Denver Zone located in Denver, Colorado. This position reports to the Zone Business Manager. Qualified candidates will need to possess at least a high school diploma (some college experience is preferred), 3 to 5 years administrative experience, excellent oral and written skills, a self-starter with a customer service orientation and good phone skills. This person must be a reliable team player with a good work ethic. Flexibility and adaptability are important as well as problem solving skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Solid computer skills in a Windows environment with emphasis in Excel, Word and Outlook are required. This is a payroll intensive position with HR aspects, and requires excellent prioritization and time management skills.

Qualifications/Requirements

Assigned Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Commissioned and Hourly Payroll processing, including RCNs and all payroll reports and reconciliations
DOT
VCR's - Daily Review, Log & File
DOTs - Daily Review, Log & file
Follow up on missing items
DOT Renewals (DOT, DL, send RSRs to take physicals)

Print Reports for ZSL for ZBT

NEW HIRE PROCESS

Handout/Receive Applications
Refer candidates for Drug tests/Background checks
New hire/application packets

OTHER
Incoming/outgoing mail
Back up Sales Admin
Create Memos, Spreadsheets as needed
Unexpected projects and events
Assist ZLS, ZBM, SSL, DSLs, ZA, RSR
Safety Tracker data entry
File Incident Reports
Attendance Log
Misc. Duties as needed
