Responsibilities and duties will include: •Enter payroll hours into the ADP Workforce Now System Maintenance/data entry of employee data to include new hires, changes, terminations, etc. •Troubleshooting and producing special checks as needed •Process garnishments and liens •Answer basic employee questions regarding payroll information •Maintaining a high level of customer service •Process payroll reports; producing customized reports as needed •Maintain strict confidence regarding confidential payroll and employee data •Must adhere and enforce all our organizations payroll-related policies, procedures and regulations •Process weekly payroll with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness •Performs a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, calculating and recording retroactive payments, vacation/sick time accruals •Assist with processing of manual checks for lost/stolen checks, late time sheets, etc. •Oversee the balances of vacation/sick and auditing of balances monthly •Complete the auditing of payrolls every pay period •Assist department supervisors and managers with ADP questions/issues •Create or assist the CFO in developing various payroll reports as needed, including collection calls and general acct. dept. filling etc. •Assist the CFO with fiscal and calendar year-end processing of payroll, including supplemental payrolls, W-2 and other tax forms, and other state and government required documentation •Assist in supporting the HR Manager on various tasks and projects including but not limited to Payroll, Onboarding processing all paperwork and maintain spreadsheets, reports, employee files, New Hire, Termination, Salary Adjustments, Forms, etc.
