Adecco Engineering and Technology is pleased to present a PCB Technologst positon in Little Rock, AR. In this role you will work with our PCB suppliers to improve their quality and technical ability. If you like being the "go-to" person, this job might be for you - you will be the "go-to" person on any PCB related issue and keep the team updated on the newest PCB technologies. This will assist the engineering team and quality team in performing root cause failure analysis on any returned cables in support of quality program policies and procedures.
This role will keep the team apprised of new PCB materials coming to market and their associated advantages and disadvantages. The PCB Technologist will conduct onsite visits to PCB suppliers several times a year to work on continuous improvements, survey the QMS, work on any open quality issues, and develop a PCB supplier capabilities list. This role will be the primary POC for developing and building a working relationship with each PCB supplier and for reviewing new PCB designs for manufacturability, cost effectiveness, and reliability.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
5+ years' job experience as Process Engineer in Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing.

Master's Degree in Engineering
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Working knowledge of manufacturing problem solving methods and product development
Analytical ability to apply logical reasoning, test assumptions observes results and makes corrections.
Expert knowledge of the PCB manufacturing process including lamination, mechanical drilling, laser drilling and the Desmear process.
