Overland Park Regional Medical Center is currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN): Pediatrics . (7pm - 7am; 3 shifts with weekend rotation). Must be willing to float between PICU, Peds ED and inpatient units.

Pediatric Registered Nurse RN Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Under the general direction of the Director, coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care. Nursing care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, and the generic and unit structure standards.Pediatric patients between birth to 18 years of age.

Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
Licensure/ Certification: Current Kansas RN licensure; Ability to achieve and maintain BCLS certification required. PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.
Experience: No prior experience required. Previous clinical experience in area of specialty preferred
