The People Experience UX Analyst focuses on enhancing experiences by making our internal sites and resources easier to use and understand. Making content, processes, and experiences simpler and more user-focused, while optimizing self-service within our systems.
There are three main aspects to this role:
1. Content Development
2. Process Improvement
3. Operational Problem Solving & Support
This role will work across multiple systems; Workday, Salesforce, People Central, Silkroad and many other key HR systems. One of the overarching goals of this team is to create the best user experience possible across all HR systems. Making systems seamless, friction free, and consumer ready.
The People Experience UX Team exists to design and create innovative people experiences to help employees thrive throughout their eBay journey. The way we do this is by listening to employees. Creating smart, creative, and effective solutions. We push the limits of what is possible. Ultimately challenge the status quo in all that we do.
The ideal candidate will have strong interest and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences. They will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design engagement. The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies is a must.
