As a Human Resource IT Architect you'll team with some of the best minds in the industry to create innovative high quality solutions focused on clients' business needs. You'll do this using your knowledge and expertise to design and model processes, develop solutions, and integrate them with applications.
The Human Resource IT Architect is responsible for:
Managing at least one migration project using the proposed HR systems solution.
Having deep knowledge of ERP platform(s) architecture (in general) and functional knowledge of following sub-disciplines: HR; proven ability to apply this knowledge within a business context, while supporting the operational needs of the business
d. Must be adept at communicating with non-technical shop floor business personnel. Adheres to internal procedures and suggests improvements if needed. A strong sense of teamwork is a must.
