Performance Analytics Manager - Sales Effectiveness
The Performance Analytics Manager responsibilities include variety of advisory functions in support of the sales force, including Sale Performance (establishing sales territories and monitoring the sales effort within territories; rankings against goal; alignment with Financial results; publishing sales activity reports of related to pipeline/funnel); Customer insights (Quarterly Business Review data and presentations, Market Share, Customer SLA and other adhoc analysis); RFP support (maintain central repository; coordinate responses).
This position oversees two analysts that provide all analytic, data mining, reporting, and other business intelligence information and performance support to the oncology sales team and the multi-specialty sales team. This includes supervising the analysis and tracking of sales performance, creation of sales dashboards, data mining, and sales targeting. Additional responsibilities include: partner with finance and sales management to create, allocate and consult on rep level sales goals.
This role reports to the VP Sales Effectiveness and is responsible for the following:
Supervises the execution of the reporting packages for oncology sales and oncology sales leadership and for incentive compensation purposes. Ensure timely and accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data. Build and maintain strong rapport with sales management and sales teams to ensure ongoing decision support needs are met. Identifies data & accounting anomalies and works with finance/accounting to correct, including quarterly financial walk to performance results.
Oversee monitoring of sales performance against key performance indicators and implement improvement strategies as required. Implement valuable customer/prospect targeting and reporting tools to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee ensuring accurate forecasting of the sales pipeline within key strategic markets, measurement of sales cycle time, win/loss rates, and probabilities rates
- Works closely with IT and Master Data to ensure accuracy of account assignment, territory assignments, product type, primary specialty, and sales roles are maintained within SAP.
- Provides analytic support for annual sales goals for the sales teams, including territory sizing and territory optimization work.
5+ years finance or accounting experience including 2+ years managerial experienceCritical Skills

Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects timely and supervision of staff. Capable of providing insights and opinions to business leaders.
4-year degree or its equivalent with an emphasis in Business, Finance or Statistics. MBA preferable.
