Prepare roadmap for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) resources based on goals and operational/ financial targets. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Make periodic updates to forecast, reflecting new or changing information, over a fixed annual or pre-defined rolling period. Collect, analyze, understand, and use data to deploy robust economic, financial and statistical models to improve decision-making across the enterprise. Identify key value drivers, and define metrics to inform performance, support decision making, and foster positive behavior and actions. Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
