Performance Improvement (PI) Manager - Analytics - Information Management (IM) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Secaucus, NJ. Support client engagement teams delivering professional services that focus on complex client business problems involving the acquisition, validation, and analysis of data in electronic form. Confer with client management and personnel to identify business needs, making assessments through process based diagnostic analytics, solution analytics, and enterprise analytics. Review reports and document findings to present to the team to help prepare recommendations for the client. Collaborate with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop work programs, timelines, benefits management and other planning documents. Use Analytics to gather and organize information to deliver business insight, improve business performance, and mitigate risks. Analyze data gathered and integrate analytics and business intelligence to provide solutions according to clients" organizational policies and IT environment. Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
