is an exciting two-year development program,
designed to develop top MBA graduates into future leaders who will make an
impact on the future Pharma business and the future of healthcare.

explore solutions to some of the fundamental, yet vexing problems of
healthcare: increasing complexity, emerging customers, new categories and
platforms, leaner and more efficient operations, and strategic sourcing.

through multiple business unit rotations and company locations.
program will enhance personal career development via formal and informal
