We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager t o drive the Daily Review auditors to achieve goals in quality, financial, and productivity. You will think independently, be able to create solutions to escalated situations, monitor and provide feedback to the team, develop ways to inspire and engage the team, and promote the CVS values. This position must surpass client service level agreements and surpass client performance guarantees. Also, you will supervise a team that makes over 150,000 calls a year to pharmacies and that these calls are performed in a professional manner. You will lead a wide variety of audits areas: from commercial, Long Term Care, Medicare, Specific client requirements, and compounds. The Pharmacist Manager will perform a variety of client facing presentations, client direct requests, and will foster internal customer (account management, etc) relationships. This role is key to the success of the audit department.

Required Qualifications:
* 3 Years of leadership experience
* Demonstrated management experience
* 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:
* Client program interfacing
* Database Management Experience
* Effective programming communication skills
