Medical City Weatherford is a 103-bed, all private room hospital that includes a network of medical clinics serving Parker County. The Pharmacist (Pharm D) is responsible for all drug storage and drug preparation in the hospital. The Pharmacist assists in ensuring that the pharmacy provides optimal services, meets all legal, accreditation and certification requirements and complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes and standards. The Pharmacist also assists the Director in Clinical initiatives.
Education: Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy.
Experience: Five years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates: Current license with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
