Pharmacist Supervisor - Specialty Mail Order Operations

Position Summary:
CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Supervisor to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy in Tampa, FL.

As the Pharmacist Supervisor you will have the ability to provide supervision of pharmacists, technicians and other pharmacy service personnel providing distributive pharmacy services for medications being dispensed by the Specialty Pharmacy Network. Critical responsibilities include supervise the workflow of the professional and non-professional staff to ensure prescription orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner to achieve exceptional customer service.

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to interpret common pharmaceutical literature, effectively present information to both internal and external customers, analyze, interpret and resolve performance issues and have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Required Qualifications:
*Three or more years of pharmacy and/or customer service experience.
*One or more years of supervisory experience in a related environment
*Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Florida
*Willingness to become a licensed Pharmacist in other states
* Available M-F 11-7:30pm. Flexibility needed

Preferred Qualifications:
*Extreme accuracy and attention to detail and data standards.
*Ability to work in teams and coordinate work efforts
*Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
*Attention to customer focus to ensure patients are responded to with accurate and timely information

B.S.Pharmacy or Pharm. D degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
