Position Summary:CVS health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Supervisor to join our facility in Mount Prospect, IL.
As a Pharmacist Supervisor you will have the ability to provide supervision of pharmacists, nurses, and other pharmacy service personnel providing clinical or distributive pharmacy services for patients receiving Immunoglobulin therapy being dispensed by the Specialty Pharmacy Network. Critical responsibilities include participation in the hiring process, provision of clinical guidance and direction to staff, schedule preparation and management, ensuring adherence to SOPs, staff training, problem solving and follow-up, performance monitoring and evaluation, including corrective action, and data gathering and report preparation.
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to interpret common pharmaceutical literature, effectively present information to both internal and external customers, analyze interpret and resolve performance issues and have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Licensed Pharmacist in IL
Demonstrated ability to lead others.
Proven ability to respond to change by prioritizing and to be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: Home infusion or other relevant clinical pharmacy experience.
Licensed Pharmacist in multiple states. Education:This person requires a degree in pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy, Pharm.D. preferred.Business Overview:
