Position Summary:
The Pharmacy Clerk II role is responsible for all functions related to the processing of mail, retrieving documents, scanning documents and working appropriate queues and other functions based on business needs.You must be able to follow through on standard operating procedures, problem solving, and troubleshooting with minimal guidance. In this position you will process and distribute inbound non-production and outbound mail utilizing the latest processing techniques and equipment. You will be supporting and demonstrating solid commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.


Required Qualifications:
- 6+ Months of Data Entry

- 6+ Months of Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer candidates that have some typing skills. Critical thinking and strong computer skills are a must. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence and communicate effectively with other employees within the organization. Critical thinking and strong computer skills are a must.


Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
