Position Summary: The Senior Consultant of Pharmacy Operations Compliance is tasked with managing activities to ensure personnel working in our retail pharmacies are in compliance with applicable State, Federal and Board of Pharmacy laws and regulations, enterprise goals, and external best practices and activities. The Senior Consultant will also audit, track and analyze compliance to enterprise policies pertaining to hiring, training, and licensing. This position will work independently as well as in collaboration with other colleagues from across various business units in the organization. This position will be required to work with and influence decision makers within Operations, Compliance, Legal, HR Shared Services, Training, and Regulatory units. This individual will play a key role in working with cross-functional partners to develop strategies to remain compliant, monitor compliance, proactively identify areas of risk and develop solutions to mitigate the risk. Required Qualifications:1+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy or pharmacy support field. (Pharmacy Tech, HR)1+ years experience utilizing Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and ExcelPreferred Qualifications: - Understanding of the pharmacy business and pharmacy industry
- Strong written and verbal skills-including formal presentation
- Demonstrated ability to participate on multiple cross-functional project teams to achieve on-time results

- Able to interpret complex data and make sound recommendations based on facts
- Proven ability to make sound business decisions
- Ability to execute under pressure with competing priorities
Associates or Bachelor degree a plus Pharmacy Technician Certification a plus
