As a Senior Analytical Consultant role within Pharmacy Operations Process Innovation,you will focus primarily on translating identified opportunities to improve financial outcomes, customer service and efficiency into new programs, tools and processes. These initiatives will be integrated into,or expand upon, our enterprise pharmacy business model.
As part of this team, you will lead the development and production of complex analytics and reporting suites that will guide how senior leaders view the enterprise pharmacy operations. You will also be responsible for preparing material and presentations in a way that can be easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise.
Additional responsibilities of the Senior Analytical Consultant – Pharmacy Operations Process Innovation will include:
- Aligning key stakeholders and team leadership, conducting root cause analysis, developing hypotheses and executing analyses on complex issues related to retail pharmacy.
- Engaging cross-functionally across the organization to drive results and resolve issues encountered by the team, including the ability to assess and course-correct as necessary
- Commonly interacting with the following groups: Product Development,Loss Prevention, Compliance, Pharmacy Operations, IS, Legal, Pharmacy Merchandising, Quality and Safety, & Field Leadership
- Independently designing and conducting complex operational programs (e.g. addressing multiple, interconnected issues or elements), leveraging pharmacy knowledge to run program pilots and design system requirements
