Position Summary: As the Senior Living Operations Strategy and Design - Senior Manager you will design and implement a comprehensive, efficient, streamlined client and patient centric operating model within existing Omnicare pharmacies that allows this part of the market to be addressed and served in ways that meet their needs. You will lead work streams that support company initiatives and participate in the identification and development of new business opportunities for this specific market. As a Sr. Manager you will help define, test, and implement the new services needed to support the future growth of Omnicare.
This position requires you to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success. You need to have a shown capability conducting and leading quantitative portfolio and growth analysis. You will need to think creatively and be a self-starter with limited guidance and coaching and to actively develop and present potential solutions. In this role, you need a real passion for leading and developing high performing teams. You will be responsible for leading a team of 3-5 direct reports.
Your key job responsibilities will be:
Cultivate effective working relations with and persuade diverse business leaders based on fact and reason with an emphasis on achieving tangible results Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and derive insights to inform operational solutions Partner with specific cross functional departments to develop and deliver program support and premier execution of a newly designed operating model Drive IT projects and other initiatives to facilitate the operating model for both internal colleagues and external clients Instituting/revising Standing Operating Procedures and developing Training to drive efficiencies in a variety of Compliance areas within the operational model Required Qualifications:*5+ years experience of design, creating and implementing transformation operating models.
*Prior management experience Preferred Qualifications:*MBA
*Deep understanding of pharmacy business
*Project management experience; ability to participate on cross functional project teams to achieve on-time results
*Ability to lead and execute under pressure with competing priorities
