Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy to provide telephone support to patients receiving life sustaining specialty drug therapy. You are responsible for the overall coordinator and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders, which includes verifying and re-verifying benefits, translating and entering in new or refill prescriptions, communicating and collecting copay amounts over the phone, obtaining authorizations, and working with insurance companies, healthcare providers and internal teams. Superb communication skills are needed in order to effectively interact with the insurance companies, patients and internal partners, ensuring delivery of specialty medications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be trained in many areas of the Pharmacy Benefit Management division of CVS Health. A condition of employment is to obtain an Arizona Technician Trainee/Training License, for which instructions will be provided.
