As a Pharmacy Technician you will be taking inbound calls from physician and members for the Specialty Guideline Management Programs for processing Prior Authorizations for Pharmacy & Medical Benefits. You will also be responsible for computer system data entry, data management and reporting. Additional duties will include collaborating with physician office staff as well as customer service, admissions and pharmacy operations departments to communicate referral disposition. Duties of care coordinator will include answering inbound calls, processing cases,loading authorizations, making follow up calls.

Active Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Texas Board
6 months of pharmacy technician experience Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
Experience with basic pharmaceutical knowledge pertaining to terminology, calculations and protocols.
Must be computer literate with desired proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel). Education:
