Performs technical/non-judgmental functions associated with the ordering/reordering, preparation, dispensing, and charging of medications in a hospital setting.
Required: At least one year of hospital experience as a Pharmacy Technician and/or enrolled in an undergraduate Pharmacy Program.
Preferred: Current Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
Required: National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) or pharmacist-intern participating in a board-approved internship program
ACPE-approved certification in sterile product preparation
Preferred: Technician Supervisor
