Pharmacy Technician - Non-Clinical Divert

Position Summary:
Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician in the mail order pharmacy to excel in a complex, high impact role and positively impact the lives of others. As a Pharmacy Technician on the Non-Clinical Divert team, you get to put on your thinking cap and solve escalated issues with prescriptions. This role requires a detail-oriented, solution-driven individual with excellent problem solving skills. In order to keep up in our fast-paced environment, excellent data entry skills is also critical to your success. Our Pharmacy Technicians will get to work closely with internal departments to ensure that each issue is resolved and every customer has a positive experience.

This position has the opportunity to become work from home once eligibility criteria are met .

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Data entry
Working with basic computer programs
Communicating with physician’s offices

Understanding pharmaceutical calculations, laws and terminology will aid in your success as a Pharmacy Technician.

Required Qualifications:
IL Pharmacy Technician License required.
9 months of pharmacy technician experience required

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous retail and/or PBM experience
National Certification (CPhT)

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
