Physical Therapist - PRN (Rotating Weekends)
Unit Assignment(s): ARC - Acute Rehab Center (similar to IRF) with opportunity to cross-train on Acute Care units as well.
The Physical Therapist shall be responsible for providing a full range
of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning
and therapeutic interventions in a team environment consistent with
the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical
The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for
and contribution to program development, quality improvement,
problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible team
A.Licensure/ Certification/ Registration: The therapist must hold a current Utah Physical Therapist license
from DOPL. Current BLS.
B. Education: The incumbent must have the minimum of a Master's degree from a
program approved by the APTA (American Physical Therapy
Association) as of 2000. A Bachelor's degree is acceptable for hires
with graduation dates prior to 2002.
C. Experience: Acute and Rehabilitation experience of one year is preferred.
