Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC, is expanding their corporate headquarters in the Dallas, TX market and have several new opportunities to start on 4/1/17 as a result of the recent acquisition by Arca Continental Beverages, a partner with the Coca-Cola Company for over 90 years.  These new positions will be part of the new structure and company.  The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages team is comprised of 9 manufacturing facilities and distributes product from 37 locations.  We market, produce and deliver bottles of happiness; serving markets throughout Texas, as well as parts of New Mexico, Oklahoma and Arkansas.  Our employees are true ambassadors of one of the most recognized brands in the world.

The Planning & Performance Manager is responsible for providing thought leadership for the account teams in shaping direction within the marketplace with regard to planning, pricing and trade management:

  • Leads development of comprehensive multi-year & annual business plans for customer team.
  • Oversees creation of retail price package promotional plans for all categories within customer
  • Works with Trade Spend Optimization, leading to implementation of trade spend optimization principles within customer plan.
  • Stewardship of performance management routine for account leadership team
  • Provides perspective on pricing & promotional ideas for gap closure vs plan.
  • Partners with Sales Leadership & Finance on determining incremental trade investments and pricing exception requests for account base.
  • Provides input to Finance team on mid to long range implications, CCF/Checkbook deployment, and guidance on key promotional events. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Master’s Degree desirable.
  • 6 years experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry.
  • Customer/Sales management experience.
  • Extensive experience with price/package/promotion plan development & analytics.
  • Ability to lead complex analytical exercises/projects leading to actionable customer direction.
  • Large Regional Customer/NRS Planning desirable.
  • Advanced Rnglish language required.
