This role will manage a portfolio within the financial advisory function for the Enterprise Application Development (EAD) Program Management Office (PMO) ensuring that the global project teams receive strong financial planning and forecasting support and guidance while adhering to corporate project governance and standards.


  • Key PMO point of contact and lead for coordination, reporting and financial/portfolio analysis for Corporate Systems and Global Employee Benefits IT organizations
  • Participates in detailed design and development of methodologies, processes and standardization of financial tools
  • Ensures effective communication and guidance is provided to assigned IT organization
  • Coordinates annual planning/budgeting activities for assigned IT organizations
  • Guides project teams and provides direct leadership to Analyst assigned to select IT organizations


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related field required
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial, project or program support roles
  • Proven experience in financial data analysis and reporting in internal customer support roles
  • Strong Excel skills


  • Masters level education, Project Management or Financial certifications (e.g. PMP, CPA etc.)
  • Experience working in large, complex, matrixed organizations preferably in an IT environment
  • Experience implementing processes and methodologies to adhere to high quality standards
