**Job Description:** GENERAL SUMMARY Manages the business office for on-going operations support. The position is responsible for billing and invoicing along with SLA calculations for the account. The business office is also responsible for the capacity management function for infrastructure. Oversight of contract management and the financial analyst. Monthly reporting is a high priority. This is all in support of the overall account delivery. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Primary interface for all client contact related to the services contract + Accountability for the performance of the service contract + Responsible for ensuring that EMC complies with the SLAs in place with the client + Managing the day to day operational assignments of the business team + Enforcing compliance with established policies, practices, and processes defined by EMC for managing storage + Analyzing and reporting actual to contracted SLA performance levels + Analyzing the operation for continuous improvement + Manage weekly Business Office governance process including billing, asset management, capacity management and contract issues + Developed usage-based billing process to meet contract terms and a financial forecasting process based on capacity forecasting for utility **EMC Values:** When you choose our company, you join a diverse world of innovative thought leaders. We encourage applicants of all ages. **Critical Hiring Criteria:** SKILLS + Previous business office leadership + Communication skills. + Leadership Skills. + Previous experience managing a business operations function. + **MUST HAVE BILLING / INVOICING AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE** Will be managing and oversight of the follow areas: + Procurement – overseeing the procurement function and procurement of EMC products such as vBlock, backup & Recovery and Storage devices + Contract Management – overseeing the contract management function and working with customers to delivery on SLAs and any changes to the contract. + Capacity Management / Reporting + Billing/ Audit – managing finances.
