The PMO Coordinator will support the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Modernized e-File (MeF) program-wide PMO. Specific duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Support Project Management Office functions from perspective of administration for the entire MeF program • Establish and maintain project staff tracking files
  • Administer and document on-boarding and off-boarding of project resources
  • Administer and report project compliance for various IRS processes and policies, including IRS background investigation requirements
  • Assist the MeF Training Coordinator and assist with scheduling and reporting mandatory project, company, and client training
  • Use IBM Rational ClearQuest to enter and update customer change requests
  • Monitor and report various activities and tracking related to delivery and staff schedules, clearance renewals and access expirations
  • Support facilities management and maintenance activities of a large office environment
