Position Summary:
CVS has an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Director to join our growing team. As the Portfolio Director you will be the business owner of a Specialty P&L for a defined segment of the Specialty Business. You will also have the ability to:
*Develop business plan's and deliver results promoting expansion of Specialty Revenue and EBIT contribution for the therapy lines you lead.
*Drive strategy to ensure revenue and profit across all of Specialty lines of business.
*E
valuate the market and industry opportunity and will actively identify areas for incremental revenue growth.
*Target growth opportunities and direct/drive the plan toward realization of targets.
*Lead the Class Specific P&L, development, execution and delivery of business plan to drive revenue and EBIT, identification of expansion opportunities and drives plan to realize targets.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
5+ P&L management and Business Plan
5+ Development experience within the healthcare industry
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Specialty Pharmacy industry experience

Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master’s degree preferred
