Pay Rate: $16.35
Hours: Mon-Fri from 8AM to 5PM
In Real Estate Fulfillment Center, original document audit including notes, Insurance, HUD, TIL, ACH, Application, DEED and BPP coverage.
Responsible for contacting internal and external customers to correct closing issues and system discrepancies.
Will be reviewing post close loan documents, mortgages, title work, appraisals, etc.
This is a production driven role and will need to be able to meet goals that are given
Previous experience in a loan department or title company preferred
Must be able to start 1-2 weeks from date of offer
Good verbal and communication skills needed
Detail-oriented, problem solver, computer literate, proficient in 10 key
Professional, trustworthy, reliable
Proficient with Excel and Word
Good written and oral communication skills
