The Post Issue Rep II is responsible for processing non-financial and financial annuity post issue transactions.  Completing and creating correspondence relating to post issue transactions.  The Post Issue Rep II could also make outbound calls to Financial Service Representatives and/or clients working to resolve not in good order requirements.



  • Process basic to intermediate non-financial and financial post issue transactions.
  • Outbound phone calls and written correspondence to financial representativees and/or clients
  • Performs Post Issue Associate functions as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.



  • 1 -2 years annuity industry experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
