In collaboration with marketing teams, it provides rational decision support to executive leadership on a gauntlet of topics including base retention, attracting new activations, competitive response, device upgrades, network rollout, customer satisfaction and new product launches.
The position supports the firm's growth and profitability goals by delivering a strong data-centric viewpoint on immediate threats and opportunities facing T-Mobile to enable agile realignment.
Requires a flexible mind adjusted to ambiguity, but logical enough to break apart problems, discard fruitless paths, and pursue meaningful answers wherever they're found. 5+ years of related work experience, including, but not limited to, financial modeling and developing/influencing corporate strategy
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
SQL knowledge and database experience. Primary BI platform is Teradata.
Proficient in reporting, visualization, analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, SAS, R)
Ability to communicate highly quantitative or analytical findings succinctly and in formats easily understood by senior management
Strong financial modeling; experience with performance analysis, business case analytics, forecasting
Background in Operations Research, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, or other quantitative field.
Bachelors DegreeRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership
Assesses, recommends, and develops strategic and tactical guidance on offers, and promotions across business segments. Drives the problem-solution framework, analytics, and presentation of pricing reviews and other marketing related subjects to senior leadership team
