Title: CS Support Specialist

Location: Melville

Internal Level: Principal Associate


Provide ongoing service and support to commercial and small business clients on all Treasury Management products and services. Function as a liaison between the client and all support areas of the Bank. Provide technical customer service support for Treasury Management products. Keeps Account Officers and Treasury Management Sales Representatives informed of the status of the Treasury Management relationship at all times. Associates are responsible for client satisfaction and providing excellent client service support.


  • Completes all activities regarding the servicing of Treasury Management product’s for new and existing commercial and small business clients. Ensures that all services are properly supported and that the Operations areas are properly informed.
  • Provides technical customer service support for Treasury Management products.
  • Communicates with clients both verbally and in writing to resolve any problems or complaints regarding their Treasury Management services. Communicates with Operations to resolve client’s problems or complaints.
  • Provide client with telephone training of all Treasury Management products/services. Logs and tracks all client service issues in Client Relationship Management software until completed.
  • Proactively notifies clients of system or product issues.
  • Communicates with Client Services Manager and Product Managers to resolve technical support problems related to Treasury Management products.
  • Participates as requested in special projects.
  • Logs and tracks all client service issues in Sales Relationship Management software until completed.
  • Proactively notifies clients of system or product issues.
  • Communicates with Client Services Manager and Product Managers to resolve technical support problems related to Treasury Management products.
  • Participates as requested in special projects.

  • High school degree, GED or equivalent certification, military experience
  • At least one year in a client servicing role

  • At least one year of Treasury Management experience
