Responsibilities will include defining business processes, configuring the application, authoring functional specifications, and planning and performing system testing activities. Other responsibilities will include defect resolution and production support activities. Must have the ability to effectively prioritize work assignments and work in a team environment. Candidate should possess excellent problem solving skills. Must work under minimal direction and exercise considerable latitude and provide technical expertise in developing business solutions. Must provide work leadership to others and interface with senior management to provide and obtain information to build consensus regarding project direction. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities:** ‒ Provide business system analysis and functional support for SAP Convergent Charging and Convergent Invoicing (CC/CI) and be versed in SAP ECC (ERP Central Component) Sales and Distribution and SAP CRM modules ‒ Support the business process and information technology needs required by Dell to meet their operational, tactical and strategic objectives ‒ Execute configuration requests for SAP CC/CI and related areas ‒ Assist in gathering, documenting and clarifying business requirements ‒ Create functional designs using a disciplined application implementation methodology ‒ Translate system requirements into unit and function test scripts ‒ Execute unit test scripts, and support function and user acceptance testing ‒ Provide training to end users and create end-user documentation ‒ Assist project managers in identifying tasks and developing project plans ‒ Lead cross-functional business and technical teams to deliver the selected solution ‒ Assist project managers in the execution of project tasks and communicate issues and status in a timely manner ‒ Represent IT as the principal technical contact and perform technical project leadership role **Qualifications:** _Required:_ ‒ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent ‒ 6 to 8 years of overall experience in SAP and knowledge gained from utilizing system development methods in a global environment ‒ Should be very strong in SAP Convergent Charging and Convergent Invoicing applications; minimum 3+ years full cycle SAP CC/CI implementation experience ‒ Should have strong knowledge on Usage, Recurring, One time Price Plan , Range Table, Mapping Table and Pricing Macro in SAP CC ‒ Good exposure to SAP Convergent Charging Catalog Management ‒ Strong knowledge in loading event data records ‒ Familiar with CAT/BART tool ‒ Exposure on Enterprise Structure, Master data, CRM Transactions, Sales transactions, Pricing, Account determination, Billing Plans, Migration Activities ‒ Good knowledge of integration between SAP CRM, SAP CC, SAP CI, SD and FIAR ‒ Good knowledge of SAP FICA module with understanding of Billing process, Financials- General Ledger, Account Receivables and Product Costing ‒ Knowledge of SAP’s technical infrastructure including table definitions, users exits and enhancements _Preferred:_ ‒ Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules ‒ Industry experience within high tech or similar Make-to-Order/Assemble-to-Order environment ‒ Business analysis experience and ability to write business requirements and functional specifications ‒ Hands-on knowledge of Blueprinting & Configuration **Why work with us?** ‒ Life at Dell means collaborating with dedicated professionals with a passion for technology ‒ When we see something that could be improved, we get to work inventing the solution ‒ Our people demonstrate our winning culture through positive and meaningful relationships ‒ We invest in our people and offer a series of programs that enables them to pursue a career that fulfills their potential ‒ Our team members’ health and wellness is our priority as well as rewarding them for their hard work **EMC Values:** When you choose our company, you join a diverse world of innovative thought leaders.
