Eloqua is looking for a passionate and talented Expert Consultant to join our stellar team in San Francisco CA, Austin TX, Boston MA, Vienna VA or Toronto, Canada! This role is also open to Remote applicants.

As a member of the Expert team, you have deep knowledge of the Eloqua platform and understand how it can be leveraged to drive value for a marketing organization. You enjoy building relationships in a client-facing role and are effective at presenting to a senior executive audience. Being a member of the Professional Services team, your success is based on your consultative and collaborative approach to managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring they become wildly success in using Eloqua.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- With a focus on your B2B marketing background, draw from your experience and provide Best Practices to provide a clear path for customers to drive more value from Eloqua
- Leverage your Eloqua product knowledge and best practices to collaborate with customers to assist in architecting campaigns, automated programs or other areas
- Manage expectations and delegate share of work effectively to drive success while staying within scope of the service
- Excellent communication ability to effectively communicate ongoing progress to clients and management
- Run multiple accounts and projects
- Ability to facilitate a customer requirements process, and then work with the client to build out those requirements to our platform
- Ability to collaboratively transfer product knowledge and best practices to clients
- Ability to develop the necessary supporting documentation that allows the customer to understand and maintain assets, programs or processes designed and delivered through the service
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5 to 7 yrs Modern Marketing experience
- 1 year deep experience in Eloqua (certification required)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and support skills
- Exceptional client services with a consultative approach
- High energy and ambition to drive success for customers
- Proficiency with IT/software solutions design, configuration, and implementation
- Deep technology experience in B2B software, CRM and marketing automation is a very strong asset
- Post Secondary Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is an asset.

Qualifications:
An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
