Key Responsibilities This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Services and will work with the team to build and utilize the following skills:
- Deliverability Acumen. You love working with data and related tools to p erform detailed analyses of client deliverability across programs, campaigns, and segments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Storytelling with Data.
You're a whiz at using beautiful and easy-to-understand visualizations to help you weave a compelling story that helps your customers understand and take action based on your analysis.
- Solutions Focus.
Define technical solutions to monitor client email marketing campaigns to proactively identify problems, measure company overall performance relative to deliverability metrics, and to enable clients to create and execute campaigns that support best practices.
- Digital Innovation.
Let your data-freak flag fly. Use your digital analytics skills to creatively explore and integrate digital data sets, including email, social, mobile, display to drive new customer behavior and marketing insights.
- Digital Media Passion.

Job Requirements - 2-5 years digital marketing or data analytics (e.g. display, social, web, email, mobile, social, etc.).
- Proven experience working with marketers on deliverability related issues.
- Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
- High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence and persuasion skills.
- Understanding of email technologies including MTAs, SMTP, DNS, authentication, feedback loops and white listing.
- Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Consulting/agen cy experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel. SQL, SAS, R, Python, etc. highly desired.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong preference for person to be located in Broomfield CO, Salt Lake City UT, Chicago IL, Seattle WA or New York NY areaQualifications:

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
