You will partner with the leaders in both organizations to define how to bring together the product development/product management processes, rationalize processes, assess operating rhythms, and review current resources and alignment. You will establish strong working relationships & influence across leadership, product management, engineering and other functional groups to execute the strategy within BHGE Digital and other BHGE groups.
In this role you will:
+ Assess legacy software development and product management structures and processes, and partner with leaders and broader Integration team to define how to align together.
+ Drive alignment between legacy GE and legacy BHI on the product lifecycle for the integrated product portfolio.
+ Review and assess processes for resource allocation and management across the integrated software portfolio.
+ Partner with the Digital Portfolio Integration Manager to drive integration across the portfolio and the development/product management processes.
+ Identify opportunity areas and how to address them, internally or externally
+ Increase the effectiveness and efficiency as well as coordination and communication between groups.
+ Responsible to create strong working relationship & influence across product development, product management, engineering and other stakeholder groups to successfully execute the strategy
+ Manages and monitors program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met.
+ Manage and run additional integration programs/projects as priorities arise.
Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
+ A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership across the discipline and function
+ GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completedEligibility Requirements:

+ Must be willing to travel 20-30%
+ Must be willing to work out of an office located in Houston, TX
Desired Characteristics: Technical Expertise:
+ Experience with enterprise wide or oil & gas industry software
+ Experience and understanding of the Software and Cloud Development Lifecycle
+ Experience with software development and product management processes, systems and tools
+ Experience leading strategic initiatives and programs/projects
+ Experience with integrations, acquisitions or mergers
+ Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook, and access
+ Experience using Confluence, Rally, or AHA a plusBusiness Acumen:
