JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities include architectural oversight of a full stack (DB, API, UI) software platform. This will require coordination across the developers and leads responsible for the different deliverables within that platform. The position will additionally be responsible for coordination and communication with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize them, and drive them to delivery. Ultimately, the person in this position must hold MTTR paramount and utilize the team to facilitate that via the feature sets that are provided to stakeholders.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead an innovative, collaborative work team to produce exceptional results delivering the customer experience.

Provide engineering support and direction for new or existing technologies and current operational initiatives.

Direct quality control programs for video operations and ensure consistent operational procedures.

Design manage ensure for the software platform.

Demonstrates a high level of competence in IT operations, application monitoring, deployment and configuration management, availability and performance optimization, capacity management and forecasting, cloud computing, and coordination of implementation.

Support the team’s organizational partnerships

Drive a positive culture in order to retain and attract top developer talent

Responsibility for building software roadmaps

Perform other duties as requested by Manager.

Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
