Responsible for Technology/Development leadership at the project level on innovative, cutting edge development of business applications. This role leads the highly creative and important role of developing business applications to support Charter’s product lines. This role ensures teams are building to standards and maintaining Charter’s cloud, microservices architecture as key initiatives are built. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Contributes to an innovative and collaborative work team to drive highly undefined projects to clear deliverables and software.
Highly knowledgeable on the latest technologies, industry trends and direction to guide the team towards an ideal balance of innovation and reliability.
Works with peer teams to ensure development and testing of systems are in line with project and program deliverables
Works across teams to drive delivery of cutting edge software in alignment with Advanced Engineeering, Operations, and Product. Drives decisions contemplating business, competitive, technical, financial and other considerations.
Evaluates, in conjunction with all levels of leadership, third party software solutions, code architecture, technical operations, strategic planning of releases, network operations, dispatch, and new product development and deployment.
Evangelizes strategy and works to gain adherence with all levels of the organization.
Champions the development and acquisition of new technologies, tools, and platforms. Ensures detailed implementations meet business needs and happen on time and with quality.
Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns to drive improvements through methods and procedures.
