Responsible for Enterprise application administration of multiple enterprise application suites such as SAP ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence/Business Objects (BI/BO), cloud applications, web applications, custom applications and license generation tools. Performs design, support, monitoring and system tuning activities across the entire application stack, including end-user UI, web and application servers, and databases. Implements and tests disaster recovery procedures and solutions. Handles domain migration and application administration activities for data center migration. Administers and implements strict security integrity controls.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
‒ Responsible for planning and execution of new application capabilities and major upgrades in SAP, CRM, BI/BO, portal and web applications
‒ Performs application environment builds and refreshes of complex environments
‒ Works with Infrastructure team to create and implement back-up and disaster recovery procedures for various applications
‒ Works with Database team (SQL, MSSQL and Oracle) for database management for enterprise applications
‒ Works with Application Analyst group and Architecture teams to develop technical roadmaps and implement best practices
‒ Responsible for managing custom licensing tool
‒ Bachelor’s degree (technical) with 7+ years relevant experience
‒ Experience administering multiple enterprise application suites: SAP ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence/Business Objects (BI/BO), cloud applications, web applications, custom applications and license generation tools
‒ Understands industry trends and best business practices in enterprise application administration
‒ Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments
‒ Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions
‒ Ability to influence others to achieve results
‒ Ability to drive accurate and timely decisions as well as prioritize projects and/or deliverables
