We are currently recruiting a Fusion Center of Excellence BI Expert to solve complex customer issues across multiple technology teams for our SaaS customers implementing Oracle Fusion functionality. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to support customers and partners on the HCM SaaS platform. As a member of the HCM Center of Excellence team, you'll have the opportunity to:
1. Translate your cross-product/business intelligence technology experience, customer experience, and passion for excellence into providing best practice and robust solutions to guarantee customer success
2. Manage customer incidents & escalations, interacting with customers for joint success
Prioritize and manage resolution for critical incidents with Product Development, including patching management; writing whitepapers
3. Conduct customer case studies and workshops to highlight customer success
-10 or more years of software engineering or related experience
-5 years experience with implementation of Oracle's BI Tech stack
-Understanding of Oracle's cloud strategy
-Demonstrated ability to develop successful solutions for customers
-Ability to review customer provided requirements and issues, and resolve via a workable design based on Fusion & BI technologies.
-Willingness to engage with all of the fusion HCM COE team on triaging issues and prioritizing work.

-Strong proven customer relationship skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
-Bachelors degree required
-Experience with an Oracle HCM product: EBS and/or PSFT
-Experience with Oracle HCM Fusion
-Experience with HCM data loaders (HR to HR, FBL, HDL)
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
