The Ambient Computing & Robotics team is creating applications for the era where computer vision, AI-based cognition, and autonomous electro-mechanicals pervade the workplace. We are using this convergence to transform physical work in construction sites, logistics yards, baggage handling areas, hospital corridors, factories, restaurants, farms and more. A key aspect of this work is how valuable physical assets are utilized and made available for optimal, on-demand sharing within an organization and within the economy at large.

You are an experienced PM Lead Architect who has architected and PM’ed complex, high-scale systems for mobile and cloud-base services, working across Devs and taking joint ownership for the full-cycle of shipping multiple products, at least two of the following: distributed cloud services, complex mobile apps, or big data processing. You will be responsible for defining, architecting and delivering the service and experience for dynamic optimization of physical assets with the Engineering Manager/dev team.

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of PM/Architect experience

3+ years of leading a PM team through a V1 product, full-cycle from inception to GA

Strong in architecture and design

Experience in at least two of the following: distributed cloud services, complex multi-platform mobile apps, and big data processing.

Top-notch communication and collaboration skills.

A steely determination to persevere in the volatility of startups/incubations - a demonstrated ability to operate in an ambiguous environment.

At least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

Successful candidates must have:

Experience with cross-platform technologies like React Native and Cordova.

Knowledge of Typescript, JavaScript, CSS and HTML with solid engineering practices.

Knowledge of ReactJS, Knockout or Angular 2 is a real plus.

Passion for architecting highly performant and cross platform UIs.

Outstanding technical problem solving and debugging skills.

Passion for quality with experience designing and implementing automated tests, including unit tests and integration tests in conjunction with Dev Engineering Manager.
