We're looking for developers with a strong background in engineering to help build a highly distributed multi-tenant cloud environment on a massive scale.

How will we build this? It could be up to you but we apply solid engineering and design principles to develop world-class, highly available services.

As a member of this elite team you will:
  • Design, build, and own a major component of our cloud infrastructure as related to:
    • Infrastructure automation
    • Core services.
  • Collaborate with de-velopers/engineers in an agile environment.
  • Research all things cool that save money and time.
  • Have fun!

  • 5 years of delivering and operating large scale, highly distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix fundamentals.
  • Coding: Ruby, Python or Perl
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Preferable knowledge of databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistence technologies.
  • Experience with Virtualization Infrastructures such as Virtualbox, OpenStack, kvm, xen, and VMWare
  • Knowledge of configuration management framework technologies such as Chef or Puppet.
  • Experience with build automation, continuous integration, or continuous deployment tools such as Hudson or Jenkins.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
