Principal Process Manager-Commercial Bank
The Capital One Commercial Bank Marketing team is on a journey to transform how we interact with our internal and external customers. We’re re-imagining our Marketing Channels (Website, Sales Collateral, Events, etc.), embracing Technology tools to support internal process and how we reach out customers, and leveraging data and analysis to drive decision making.
We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process professional who excels in a team environment to help us in this journey. This person should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and have the ability to adapt to change quickly. They will work with Marketing and Partner teams to create and improve the processes to create and push out Marketing content, plan and budget, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- At least 3 Years of Project Management or 3 years of Process Management experience
-Certification in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management or Project Management
- At least 5 years of Project Management or 5 years of Process Management experience
